About:Chinese Embassy in Israel

I worked in China until end-February of 2011. I have received invitation from my former employer for new year. I have already Foreign Expert Cerificate for former working period, it is out of time at present. May I use my old certificate for receiving working (Z visa) in Chinese embassy in Israel or my employer needs to start the whole procedure from beginning and apply for new certificate in China?

Your employer need to apply for you the new Foreign Expert Certificate and work permit by relevant government departments in China. With this, you can apply for a new work visa in Israel.
