Hi, my flight arriving 10.20pm, and I need to go to Wulin Squaure Holiday Star.
Can you advise what is the best way? we have 3 persons.. with luggage.
IF by cab, how much and how long would it take?

The best way is to take the airport shuttle bus from the airport to Wulin Square and then walk to the hotel. It costs CNY15 and takes about one hour. If you by taxi, it costs about CNY100 and takes about 4o minutes.

Do i need to book taxi in advance? i know there are taxi available at airport, at this late, will it be any extra charges?

Sorry, your arriving time is too late, there is no shutttle bus ./
taxi is your only option!
