What is the best way to travel from Airport to Eva Hotel in downtown? Can i take airport shuttle and then taxi from Civil Aviation Building - how far is it and how much by taxi? Or i should take a taxi directly to hotel if the other option is not convenient? How much would it be by taxi? Do i negotiate the taxi rate upfront or go by meter?
