About:Taiwan Weather

Hi there, I'm going to Taipei for my pre-wedding shooting from 23rd April - 30th April 2011. Here are my questions:
1. Will I be lucky enough to get the blue sky shoot?
2. Is that period a rainy season?
3. Is it the season for lavender flower?
4. And also the temperature,as I plan to wear shorts.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

1. It's hard to say now, but the typhoon season of Taiwan usually starts in late April. The temperature then is 17-25C, so I think you can wear sgorts, but remember to take a light overcoat and long jean as well in case of any bad weather. You may pay attention to the weather forecast of Taiwan later. It is the lavender flower season then.
