Currently, the Shanghai South Bus Station (at Shanghai South Railway Station)and Shanghai Bus Terminal (at Shanghai Railway Station)supply frequent buses to Jiangyin everyday. Although both of them are not located in Pudong, you could arrive at these tow bus station easily by Shanghai subway Line 1 and Line3 from Pudong. Hope this help!
