About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

I live in Washington state but have family in LA, is it possible to have them obtain the visa for me at the Chinese Consulate in LA?

Where is your passport issued? Washington, Los Angeles? If your passport is issued in LA, it is possible for your family member to get a China visa for you at the Chinese consulate in LA.
