Is your Certificate of free sale authenticated by County Clerk and Secretary of State? if yes, the next step should be done by Chinese consulate with a complete application form for authentication, original Certificate and its copies (including pages that authenticated by county clerk and secretary of state); For business certificate, license of your company and ID (original and copy)of principal are required.
