About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Hi, I need to authenticate a "Certificate of Free Sale". After I send the doc. to Department of State At what Chinese embassy I need to send the document? Thank you.

Is your Certificate of free sale authenticated by County Clerk and Secretary of State? if yes, the next step should be done by Chinese consulate with a complete application form for authentication, original Certificate and its copies (including pages that authenticated by county clerk and secretary of state); For business certificate, license of your company and ID (original and copy)of principal are required.
