About:Hangzhou City-Bus and Taxi

Dear sir,
May i know
1.)what is the time consume from Hangzhou airport to Wulinmen CAAC ticket office by airport shuttle bus? the ticket rate for airport shuttle bus?
2.) the email address of Greentree inn west lake Avenue?
3.) How to go to Suzhou by bus/train, ticket price?

The duration is about 50-60 minutes and the ticket rate is CNY20.
The hotel didn't left any email address online, but you can contact with it through the call. Its tel is 8008-998-998(Fixed Phone); 4006-998-998(Mobile Phone); 86-21-3617-4888(International).
The best way is to take high speed train from Hangzhou to Suzhou. It costs about CNY123/196.
