I am living in Mongolia using a working visa. I would like to travel to China for a short period of time. I know that the visa application process takes about 4 working days. My question is: Do I have to be present on the 4th day to pick up my Chinese visa? I will be in Ulaanbaatar only to send in my application, but will need to return to work in a different city. Could I pick up my visa on a later date, after it has been processed?
