About:China Customs Declaration

I would like to mail my daughter who is living in China a parcel. Wondering if it is allowed to mail her Advil gel caps and also dill seeds as she would like to plant it. Also some spices. Thank you for your time.

I am not sure aout seeds, but others are okay. Generally, there is no problem for the parcel.
