I will be in Hong Kong in two days'time, and would like to go into Shen Zhen and later to Shang Hai.1. Can I get a Visa at Lo Wu that allow me to travel to Shen Zhen and Shanghai?2. Otherwise, what is the Fastest way to get a China Visa upon arrival in Hong Kong that would allow me to travel to Shen Zhen and Shanghai? My stay in China will be around 10 days.

No, you may not get a visa at Luo hu port, and even you get it, you can only be allowed to stay in Shenzhen for 5 days only. If you want to visit Shanghai afterwards, you need to apply for a China tourist visa in advance through CVASV or consulate in Malaysia according to where you reside. You can not apply China visa in HK.
