I have always wanted to see the cherry blossoms in Taiwan, is it only available in March every year? You suggested that Nov to April the next year are favourable times for travelling... but isn't it supposed to be the rainy and typhoon seasons?

The cherry blossoms in Taiwan happens from March to April. The main typhoon and rainy season of Taiwan is always the summer time, from August to October.
