I have 5 years validity Tai Bao Zheng and has been used once last year(departed from Taipei to China.)I have Taiwan passport and USA passport.I will visit China next month. * Can I request visa annotation for Tai Bao Zheng upon I arrive Beijing airport  unstead of annotation at San Francisco consulate?* It required how much time to annotate Tai Bao Zheng after I arrive Beijing airport?* What do I need to bring with for annotation?* What is the fee of annotation?Thank you.

You can't request visa annotation for Tai Bao Zheng when you arrive in Beijing Airport. Only Fuzhou, Xiamen and Haikou can make visa annotation on Tai Bao Zheng. You have to apply for visa annotation from China Consulate in San Francisco.
