About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

My partner and I will be flying HKG to PVG then connecting PVG to NRT, all on China Eastern Airlines. We both will have China visas. Is 1 hour, 40 minutes enough time to connect? Even if we have proper visas, do we still have to clear immigration and claim our bags and recheck them? What is the process we can except and how long will this take? Thanks!

If you hold a through flight ticket, you can ask for the airline company to deliver your luggage to your destination and you have no need to claim and recheck in it at PVG. The interval time is enough for you to make this connection. Well, you need to clear the immigration check.
