About:China Business Visa

Hi, I wish to apply for Business Visa for my colleagues. Previously we could apply using an invitation letter from our business counterpart in China. Last year I was told that an approval letter from relevant authority (i.e. customs) is required. How do I go about getting that letter and what other authorities are allowed to approve application of visa?

Thank you.

Your business counterpart in China should go to local Foreign Affairs Office to get the Offical Invitation Letter (Approval Letter), then send it to you for business visa application.
