About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

My flight arrives in Hongqiao at 16:10 and I have to travel to Pudong for my flight to Hong Kong at 21:10. Is there enough time to stop in the city for dinner between Hangqiao and Pudong? Will I need a visa?

I think you'd better take the airport shuttle bus line 1 directly to Pudong airport from Hongqiao Airport. Then you could have dinner in Pudong airport. Because it will be the traffic rush time during your transit time. Time may be not enough for you to have dinner in the city.
