About:China Southern Airlines

Hi, I’m in the Philippines and my question is that I will be buying my parents tickets via the internet. I will be paying the airfare for my parents through my visa card. Is there anything that my parents need to show at the counter other than the E-ticket? Because other airlines required to show the visa card and an identification of the person who paid for the fare.

Hi, as long as the tickets are issued under your parents’ name, they just need to show their passports at the Business Service Counter for check in.
