About:China Postal Service

What does it mean of "Passed China Customs" under status which was checked today 3/11/11? Does it mean it's still in China and held by custom? Would I still be able to get my parcel? This is my tracking no. RR731618203CN. Thanks.

It has departed from outward office of exchange of Beijing Airport.
