About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

I have my Hong Kong ID card and Hong Kong passport and would like to apply for my Home Return Permit at my next visit to Hong Kong. How do I make an appointment online in advance? Can you please send me the link? Thanks.

You don't need to make an online appointment for applying Home Return Permit, you should submit the application to China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited when you go to Hong Kong.
