About:Tibet Travel Tips

Hi,I am a Tibetan and plan to go to Tibet and China this summer. Is it easier for me to mention in the Visa form that I am visiting my relatives in Tibet, or just apply for a regular tourist Visa to China and then try for a Tibet Entry Permit from a travel agent once I am in China. What is easier way for me to go to Tibet.

Yes, you will have to fill your travel purpose in the China visa application form. For visiting relatives in China, you should apply for a tourist visa, and you still have to take part in a Tibet tour of a China travel company, through whom to get the Tibet travel permit.
