About:China Work Visa

I was offered a management trainee position with a multinational hospitality company in Hangzhou,China. Upon acceptance of the offer, how does the company go about obtaining the letter of invite and how do they send the letter to me, via mail or email attachment for me to print for the consulate? How long does it take to get the letter of invite? Also, will I need to send my medical exam form or other documents to China or will I be submitting all those documents to the stateside chinese consulate for the visa issuance?

Mr.Olafson, the multinational hospitalit company in Hangzhou should know the procedure to obtain a work visa for you, you don't need to worry about it, the company should obtain Alien Employment License issued by Ministry of Labor and Social Security and Invitation Leter issued by Hangzhou Foreign Affairs Office, if the copy of your passport, medical exam form and other documents are required, the company will ask you to provide them. Please bear in mind all the original documents are required, the emailed ones or scanned ones are not accepted by China consulate in USA
