About:China Visa Application in USA

I am a US citizen and currently residing in New York. I also have a Taiwn Compatriot Travel Certificate (TCTC). Can I take TCTC to Chinese Consulate in NY to get a visa? If so, how much would the fee/cost be?

yes, you can take TCTC to Chinese consulate in New York to get visa annotation, it costs US$ 10, it takes 4 working days.
