About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

Hi.

Thanks for the reply. My friend got a visa for China in the Philippines with an SA passport last year. Has the regulation changed? I've heard of South Africans getting visas in Hong Kong.

Thanks

If you previously travelled to China on a valid visa before; your passport has no cancelled China visas and that you have a confirmed return ticket or a ticket showing exit from China and a confirmed hotel booking voucher, it is possible for you to get a China visa in Hong Kong. It is generally single entry L visa with 14 days stay duration.
