About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

There are no information about the medical exam here. So, whether it necessary to passing it for the obtaining of Z-visa, or not? And where in Shanghai I can pass it if I don't want to spending time for medical exam at the country where I will recieve the Z-visa?

It is necessary when your employer applys for you the work permit from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. With the work permit from China, you can apply for a work visa from Chinese embassy. So, you have to do it in advance before going.
