About:China Work Visa

I have a Chinese friend in China who wants to hire a foreign manager for his company. His company is approved by the Chinese government to be able to hire a Foreign Manager.
My question is, what are the things that he needs to do and the documents that he needs to process and send it to his prospective foreign employee?

he needs to send following two documents to his employee:
1. The Employment Permit for Foreigners issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security;
2. An invitation letter (should be used within 6 months since its issuing date) issued by an authorized unit in China (original).
