I am an English teacher. I just started, and i have 2 simple questions. One is which visa is best, and another is can i change to a working visa in China, or not?

If you have already get a job in China, you'd better apply for a Z visa in USA directly, because to Change visa types in China is complex and costly. Or, you can visit China on a tourist visa, and apply again for a (Z) work visa in HK once you get a job and required documents from your employer in China.
