I live in Ga and plan to go to Washington DC to get A visa for my self, fiance and her daughter. Do I need a letter allowing me to get there visa other than the application forms.Thanksb

YOu can apply for the visa for your fiance and her daughter on their behalf, but the appliation form must be filled and signed by themselves (if her daughter is too young to do that, your fiance may do that for her).
