About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hello!

I am married recently in China. Now my wife and I are back in Malaysia and have registered our marriage at the JPN. I would like to settle down in China. May I know what kind of visa can I apply? How can I apply a visa so that I may stay long term in China?

Thank you in advance.

You can apply for a family visit visa (L) in China at your wife's local PSB after entry. For more details, you can refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/family-visit-permit.htm
