About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Hello
I am an Irish citizen and am currently on a round the world trip. I was previously granted a Chinese visa and visited the country between 28th of October and 1st December before arriving in South Korea. I wish to return to China in April but I have been informed that to apply for a visa in South Korea I must have an alien registration card. I am on a one year holiday visa for South Korea but did not find employment and as such do not have an ARC. Is it possible to post my passport back to Ireland and have somebody else make the application for me?

You can try to apply for a visa to China through Chinese consulate in Pusan, which so far has not introduced 6 months ARC as requirement for foreigners. To send back your application to Ireland if ok if time permitted.
