About:Shanghai Attractions

I am going to be in Shanghai, staying at the Shangri La, for a conference next week. I have a few open days for touring. It looks like the Yuyuan Garden is a must as well as the Jade Buddah temple. Is it best to take a cab or hire a tour guide? Any other recommendations for sight seeing at this time of year?

Shangri-La in Jing'an or Pudong district? If you stay in Jingan, it is not far from the Jade Buddha Temple. You can just take a taxi. To Yuyuan, there is subway Line 10 going there. For tour guide, you can find one in the tourist attractions. A tour guide can help you understand the place clearly.
