I am arriving into Pudong Airport on Northwest Airlines. My flight is supposed to arrive around 7.15pm and I have a connecting flight with China Southern Airlines departing at 8.45pm. Do I have enough time to transfer? Including immigration, and baggage claim?

You only has 1.5 hours for transfer? It should be very urgently, the suggested minimum time duration is about 50 minutes, exclude baggage claim and waiting time during arrival peak time. So, please consider delaying your second journey.
