hello, I realized an order the 4 january and it was shipped the 12 January. But since the 29 January, the package is in the airport of Beijing with  departure from outward office of exchange  Beijing International Airport 2011-01-29 like status. RA047555365CNit's 31 days that this status don't changed...  how long time, you think, that take for do the distance beijing/France? (it's China post by sea)Thanks

The tracking system of China Post usuallu doesn't show the status of the parcel after the parcel departures from China. It usually takes about 1 month to post a parcel from China to European countries. I think your parcel just delayed because of the China Spring festival. Wait for 1-2 weeks more. If you still can't get your parcel, contact the sender or China Post to get the truth.
