i flight from manila to shanghai by cebu pasific. then i continue by finnair to helsinki.

I flight from Manila to Shanghai by Cebu pasific. Then I continue by Finnair to Helsinki. How about my luggases, can I put it straight to Helsinki? If no. Does I need transit visa if need to take luggage and transfer other flight?

Well, you should make sure with Cebu Pasific whether it will transfer your luggage to the second journey. Otherwise, you should collect the luggage at Pudong Airport and re-check in. If your transit time is no more than 48, you don't need transit visa.
