I'm afraid that there is no publich transportation transfer you to Nantong a late night. You'd better stay one night in downtown Hangzhou. From Hangzhou Airport, you could take the shuttle bus to Hangzhou Railway Station where there are economy hotels for your choice. The next morning, take a taxi to Hangzhou North Bus Station and catch an express bus to Nantong.

I am planning to take Air Asia Bus to shanghai Huanghpu Bus station which will reach at around 3.30Am early morning and from Huanghpu Bus station to Nantong there after.Is it possible for me and please enlight me wheather Buses to Nantong available from Huanghpu Bus station

As I know, there is no bus from Huangpu Bus Station to Nantong. You could go to Shanghai South Bus Station, which operates buses to Nantong from 06:24 to 19:35. The journey is about 2.5 hours.
