i am visiting Shijiazhuang from 25 March 2011 night to 26 March 2011 afternoon from Sanya. May i know what kind of warm clothes should i wear in this final week of March? Is wind stopper, polyester sweater sufficient? Isn't March considered start of spring in Shijiazhuang, like Beijing and Tianjin? Your advice is much appreciated.
