About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I live in Shanghai and have a resident permit. I need to renew my resident permit - I recently tested positive for HIV - done at a Chinese Government Hospital. When I try to renew my resident permit, will it be rejected since I am HIV+? Will they know I am HIV?

Hi, sir, Physical examination is not required to get your residence permit extended at local PSB. But I am afraid your employer may requires for that when renew your Alien employment permit or contract extension.
