1. Do you mean the metropole hotel in Macau? If so, it is suggested that you take a taxi from the airport to this hotel.
2&3: You could take a taxi or bus to the ferry station easily. If you would like to depart on designated time, buy the ticket one day in advance. Otherwise, the ticket could be purchased on the spot.
4. Suggested that you take a ferry to the China Hong Kong City Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui, from where you could take a taxi or metro to the Dorsett Seaview Hotel easily.
5. Take the metro to Admiralty station and then transfer to bus 629 to the park.
6. Such kind of Chinese restaurants could be found anywhere in Hong Kong. You may try the Tsui Wah Restaurant, one of the most popular local restaurants and has set many branches in downtown area.
7. This church is located in walking-distance from Exit D of the Jordan station. For saving time, you could also take a taxi to the church.
