About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi,is me again.
I forgot to ask something regarding my pakistani friend.
The travel date to hong kong is on 31-3-2011 until 5-4-2011 6 days.
So it is too late for him to apply the visa in these few days?Even from now just left around 1 month.

Ms. Tan, now it's a little late for your Pakistani to apply for Hong Kong, it takes 1 month for the immigration department of Hong Kong Government to process the visa.

Now, the embassy had refused his visa application, the other option is to post his application directly to
Receipt and Despatch Unit
