About:Shanghai Hongqiao Airport

My boss lands in PVG at 3:30 p.m.; he is scheduled to take a flight from Hongqiao at 8:30 p.m. Is this ample time to get through customs, ride over Hongqiao and then go through security there for his 8:30 p.m. flight?

5 hours will be enough for your boss to make the transfer. At Pudong Airport, it will take about one hour to finish immigration and customs. And then, one hour's driving to Hongqiao Airport by car or airport shuttle bus.
