About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

I'm polish but I'm in Ireland over 4 years now with my husband and 2 kids. My company based in Ireland wants to send me to China to manage our chinese offices there. It would be for about 3 - 5 years. Which visa i should apply for, which kind of documents I would need to do this?

Thanks
Karina

You should apply for work visa, the most two documents are Alien Work Permit and Invitation Letter of local Foreign Affairs Office, your Chinese branch should send them to you.
