About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Good evening,
I'm an Italian citizen and I'm going to Tokyo from the 3rd of March until the 21st.
Then from Tokyo I'm going to Beijing to study for three months.
When I arrive in Tokyo is it possible to apply for the visa at the chinese embassy (even though I'm italian)?
I already have the university documents in order to apply for a student Visa.
Thank you in advance for the useful information.

It is advisable for you to apply for Business Visa in Italy. Business Visa (F) can be issued to aliens who will study in China for less than 6 months. Now, you still have time to apply for it in Italy. Don't venture to apply for China F visa in Tokyo. If your application is denied in Italy, Tokyo can be your last destination for you to try to apply for visa.
