About:China Postal Service

i am waiting for a parcel from china i have been tracking it and it says it left beiging airport on the 21/01/2011 but still has not arrived in england the tracking number is RR929121089CN how do i contact china post from england to see where my goods are and is the parcel trackable in england

It is a not express mail, so it will be slower. I send a gift to a friend in UK and it takes two months. I choose mail by sea and land.
