About:Shenyang International Ice and Snow Festival

Do you have any suggestions for a hotel right by the ice and snow festival? Where exactly are the ice sculptures and can we see the colored lights at night there? How close are all the events mentioned? Are they within walking distance of each other?

For ice and snow scultpure, you should go to the Qipansha Snow World. There is also aki resort in Qipanshan Scenic Area. Dongbeiya Ski Resort is better and bigger. It is about 20km from each other. They are not far but all beyond walking distance.
