About:Chinese Embassy in Laos

I will be in Laos in April 2011 and would like to go toChina from Laos. Can I please apply for my Chinese Vias from a city in Laos?
If so, which city and how much deso it cost?

You can try to apply for a visa to China in Vientiane from Chinese embassy there. Visa fee is USD 32 for a single entry under regular 4 working days processing.
