About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Hello,

My husband's HKSAR passport has expired. I believe he has to apply in person to the consulate in Vancouver for a new one? Are there certain hours/days that the consulate will accept these applications?

The office hours for HKSAR passport application of China Consulate in Vancouver is 09:00-13:00, Mon - Fri.
