About:Visa Policy of China

Hi, I am a Singapore Passport holder and had recently relocate to Suzhou. I have appled for work permit with a Z-Visa. Because of business, I have to exit China without completing Temporary Residence Permit. Now, I had just enter China with a APEC Business Travel Card which allow me a duration of each stay should be within 2 months.

I need to produce a valid Z-Visa to apply for Chinese Temporary Residence Permit. May I know where can I apply for the Z-Visa in Suzhou. I appreciate any forms of assistance. Thank you in advance!

You can go to the Exit & Enter Department under Suzhou Public Security Bureau to try to apply for Z visa. Then apply for a Temporary Residence Permit. If the Exit & Enter Department doesn't accept your application, you have to go to Hong Kong/Macau/Singapore to apply for work visa again, the new work permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit should be sent to you again
