What is the best place to visit and live for a short time on a little budget (trying to get the most for the money)...
Ningbo, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Tianjin, or Suzhou? Thanks.

I prefer Ningbo, Hangzhou and Suzhou, there are too much to see in these cities.
