About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I have a transit flight throw shanghai pudong airport to tokyo , a layover of 12 hours during the night i wonder if i can get out of the airport and if not is there anywere to sleep at the airport ?
I have a polish passport

You can go outside the airport without a visa for this 12 hours.
