About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hello, I will be applying for my tourist visa (visa L) this Friday February 11. I heard there is going to be some manifestations in Bangkok, Is the embassy going to be open in order to apply for the visa? I am currently living in Hua Hin so if I leave my passport can they send my passport to Hua Hin or I have to go back and pick it up when its ready? Please let me know. Best Regards

Yes, the embassy in Bangkok is open on Friday, February 11. The embassy won't mail your passport to Hua Hin, you have to go back and pick it up when it is ready.
