About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Hi,
we have booked on a cruise which departs from Shangai this March which visits the ports of Dalian and Tiajin. Do we need a single double or multiple entry visa. We will be entering China through Shanghai Aiport several days before cruise departure.
If you can help with this enquiry thank you. T
